Dr. Lih-Mei Liao

Consultant Clinical Psychologist | Founder & Associate
"My initial priority is to establish a calm and respectful space where your concerns can be explored with absolute safety. I am here to listen to your perspective and any life experiences you are ready to share. In instances of acute stress, we may identify practical techniques to support your immediate coping. As our work progresses, we may focus on specific goals or, alternatively, engage in a longer-term exploration to achieve greater clarity regarding your identity and the future you wish to build."

Dr. Lih-Mei Liao supports individuals in distress across both workplace and domestic settings. She has worked extensively with clients on complex medical journeys facing difficult decisions, bringing a wealth of research and practical expertise to her clinical work.

Dr. Liao has specialized experience in addressing "minority stress"—the silent erosion of belonging and life goals faced by those who feel marginalized or "different." Her work is grounded in robust knowledge frameworks designed to restore a sense of agency and purpose.
